Introduction
Welcome to our Hedge Trimming Waterloo services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Services Offered
We provide a range of hedge trimming services designed to meet the varied needs of our clients in Waterloo. Our services include:
- Regular Maintenance: Scheduled trimming to maintain the shape and health of your hedges.
- Shaping and Sculpting: Custom shaping to enhance the aesthetic appeal of your landscape.
- Disease and Pest Control: Identifying and treating common hedge diseases and pest infestations.
- Emergency Trimming: Fast response services for hedges that require immediate attention due to storms or other unforeseen events.
Booking and Scheduling
To book our services, clients can contact us through our designated booking system. Appointments should be scheduled at least seven (7) days in advance to ensure availability. We strive to accommodate last-minute requests, but service availability cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the hedge trimming work. We accept various payment methods, including:

- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfers
Invoices will be provided for all services rendered. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in our Late Payment Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions, Hedge Trimming Waterloo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the area to be trimmed is accessible and free from hazardous obstacles. Clients must inform us of any specific conditions or requirements prior to service commencement.
Guarantee and Warranty
We guarantee that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution. This may include re-trimming at no additional cost.
Changes to Terms
Hedge Trimming Waterloo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Waterloo.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the provision of our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services with any client at our discretion. Reasons for termination may include non-payment, violation of terms, or abuse of services. In such cases, any outstanding payments become immediately due.
Force Majeure
Hedge Trimming Waterloo shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other emergencies.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Hedge Trimming Waterloo. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
